With our groundbreaking technology for fast strengthening, we can chemically strengthen the glass in just a few minutes. This can reduce the mass of glass products by up to 50%. This fast chemical strengthening (FSC) innovation enables the glass industry to produce more economically and open up new markets.

A newly developed regeneration material for molten salts multiplies the service life of the melts and ensures a higher quality of the solidified glasses. These innovations not only mean higher product quality, but also promote the use of thinner and lighter glasses. This leads to significant resource conservation and sustainability.

Our vision of realizing high-strength glass for mass products took shape in 2017 when we met with experts on the “Superfest glass” from the GDR era, which was manufactured at VEB Sachsenglas Schwepnitz. In collaboration with the TU (Technical University) Bergakademie Freiberg, a first research contract was realized, the SCV technology was validated and 2MH Glas GmbH was founded in 2019. After validation of the Clean Salt material in 2021, ReViSalt GmbH was founded, followed by the first R&D facility for a customer. In 2023, the seed investor TGFS Technologiegründerfonds Sachsen joined to further advance our vision.

We are currently working with a strategic partner to develop and implement concepts for implementing mass production. The advantages associated with our technologies – sustainability and resource conservation – promise a revolution in the energy-intensive glass market.
